Terms and Conditions
Payment
Full payment when order is placed. Payment can be paid by cheque or through PayPal.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been painted you will recieve a full refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee
If the artwork has already been painted there is no refund.
Privacy
Geo-Art will not give away or sell any images you send us to other people or companies.
Geo-Art can display your photos or artwork on the website or our promotional material, unless requested otherwise.
Copyrighted Works
Geo-Art has no way of which images are owned by you or if someone else owns the copyright. Customers are responsible and liable for the images that are emailed. You must have permission of the copyright owner.
Prohibited Photos
Geo-Art won't make a painting from any offensive photographs.
Delivery Times
Your completed painting will be sent to you by Special Delivery and should reach you within 28 days of receipt of payment.
